Inclusion International’s 17th World Congress

Registration for Inclusion International’s 17th World Congress is now open.

The 17th World Congress – Learn, Inspire, Lead –  will be held in Birmingham, UK from 30 May to 1 June 2018.

The World Congress is organised by Inclusion International and Inclusion Europe, and sponsored by Mencap.

Klaus Lachwitz, President of Inclusion International, says:

“I am very excited and looking forward to the World Congress. It is a fantastic opportunity to come together as a network to push the inclusion agenda forward.  When we gather, great things can happen and new friendships and partnerships are forged.  All of us bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and energy. Which when harnessed, can create real change in our communities.  I look forward to welcoming you in Birmingham.”

Robert Martin will be one of the speakers at Learn, Inspire, Lead. Robert is the first person with a learning disability to be elected onto the UNCRPD Committee and speaks up for the rights of people with learning disabilities in New Zealand and around the world.
